Helsinki

We stopped at Denmark, Copenhagen for two hours before flying for one hour and twenty minutes to Helsinki. At the airport we caught the bus to central station. In a Danish paper there was a photo of our Australian flag in the flowers at Oslo Cathedral -so we kept a copy. We got to Helsinki and booked into our Hotel - Scandic Simoneketta - which is great because it has play stations and computers in the foyer. Then we walked around Helsinki and went down to the Ferry terminal to book tickets to sail to Estonia on Thursday. We saw the Lutheran cathedral and the Orthodix Cathedral as well as old ships, and shops, and trams. We had dinner at Memphis restaurant-I had the pork and bacon for when too much pork is barely enough. Then back to the Scandic for an early night because we got up at 4am today. Our nights are still very light and the sun is still bright at 9.15pm.
